We first start with an alcoholic wine, made with the best grapes from California wineries. Then, we put the wine through a process where the alcohol is separated from the wine body. This is done by pushing the product through a very precise filter. Finally, we add a few select ingredients to round out the body of the wine and add flavor. What's left is a de-alcoholized wine that tastes just like the real thing.

Surely Rosé has a crisp and refreshing taste that's not too sweet. Broad with great acid and bubbles that evenly coat the palate, our sparkling rose’ has aromas of Guavas, strawberry, kiwis and hint of melon.

Yes, very low amounts. Our wines are always below 0.5%, the universally accepted limit for non-alcoholic beverages. This is the same level of most kombuchas or fruit juices. Yes, even orange juice and bananas have low amounts of alcohol due to natural fermentation.
Each bottle is 24 fluid ounces and contains about 3 servings (8 fluid ounces per serving).

The Surgeon General does not require a pregnancy warning for beverages with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, so many feel comfortable drinking non-alcoholic wines. Your body processes the small amount of alcohol so quickly that it’s nearly impossible to reach a considerable level of intoxication, even when drinking large volumes. Basically, you’ll get sick from drinking so much water before the small amount of alcohol matters much.
